I found this knit rainbow spiral on ravelry.com and might just have to knit one myself! The colors are great too! If you’re a knitter (or crocheter) join Ravelry and be prepared to get lost/inspired for hours.

Looks fun to me. I was just thinking of these. I recently got a cool rug on Etsy that is felted balls put together in the round. I think my grandmother had knit rounds on her dining room chairs. A good way to use up extra yarn!
